Forensic Image Viewer

Forensic Image Viewer (FIV) is an in-development tool for the processing and reporting of still images (JPG's, PNG's, GIf's etc.)

Abridged feature list

  • Display a single image from supported formats

  • Display thumbnail graphics embedded within certain image formats

  • Display the contents of a folder as thumbnails

  • Display embedded EXIF data

  • Provide image enhancement functions

  • Link to Multimap.com to display location information for those files with GPS EXIF data

  • Download FIV

In order to cope with corrupt or partially extracted image files FIV is designed to be as robust as possible.
